These aren’t your grandmother’s
flower arrangements…but they are her dishes.
Our story
Nestled in the heart of Hunterdon County NJ on a small farm in Milford, our founder Kirsten grew up surrounded by fields, fruit, flowers, and a lot of furry friends. From a young age she had a knack for pressing flowers and a hunger to find the perfect antique for her collection.
Founded in 2016, Beyond the Wildflowers began as a small venture fueled by Kirsten's passion for art and craftsmanship. With a background in art, she embraced the joy of creating with her hands, channeling that creativity into works that not only reflected her artistic vision but also brought joy to those who encountered them. Over the years, the business blossomed, evolving into a bustling production that captures the essence of thoughtful design and historical connection. Today, Beyond the Wildflowers stands as a testament to Kirsten's dedication and the love she invests in each piece, all while fostering a sense of joy for customers far and wide.
Picked with care
From the antique pieces of glass to each flower and frame, every aspect of Beyond the Wildflowers is hand-picked with care. Homegrown flowers, locally crafted frames, and specially curated antiques contribute to an experience that is both special and unique for every customer. Each element is thoughtfully chosen to create a harmonious blend of nature and artistry, ensuring that every work of art not only delights the eye but also tells a personal story - the historical one, and the reimagined one that each customer brings to the table when they select a piece and provide their wedding flowers. This dedication to quality and craftsmanship elevates the ordinary into the extraordinary, making each experience a memorable one.

“I loved working with Kirsten! She was able to beautifully preserve my wedding flowers which had been dried for almost 3 years. Her work is absolutely stunning and I will most definitely be working with her again.”
